Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receipt if:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• The item is in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed electronic components

• Custom programmed or modified units

• Items damaged due to incorrect use

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide proof (photos/videos if required)

• We will arrange replacement or repair

4. Refund Process

• Once returned and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty

• We recommend tracked delivery

6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply for returned items (up to 20%).

7. Warranty Returns
Items under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
